Arctic Pearl – Swedish caviar with perfect balance Arctic Pearl is one of our most exclusive caviar products, made from live-harvested roe from Swedish Siberian sturgeons (Acipenser Baerii). This sustainable method produces larger, healthier grains and preserves both the fish's well-being and the highest quality in the final product. The caviar is stabilized using a unique method without any heat treatment, allowing the roe grains to retain their poppy texture and integrity. The flavors are released gradually – first fresh, mineral sea tones and oysters, then a rich buttery, creamy nuttiness, and finally a long, deep wave of umami.
